the end of Philippians and beginning of Colossians
In the early New Testament manuscript Papyrus 46 (P46), the transition between Philippians and Colossians reflects the physical makeup of a single-quire codex dating to about A.D. 175–225.
Rather than ending and beginning on separate pages, the final lines of Philippians 4 immediately precede the opening lines of Colossians 1, separated only by a scribal title.End of Philippians: The text concludes near the bottom of a page, quickly flowing straight into the introductory greetings of the next letter without page breaks or elaborate headings.
